If a payment is taken and our takeaway is unable to fulfil the order you should contact the takeaway by phone on 01349 852388 as soon as possible. This is generally the quickest and easiest solution . If however you find no resolution with direct contact then email alastair@mcgintys.scot quoting the following information: 1. the date and time that the order was placed, 2. the amount paid, 3. the order reference number displayed on the order email which was sent by the takeaway, 4. a contact name and contact telephone number. We will then contact the takeaway and attempt to resolve the situation.


Due to the nature of the business returns will only be accepted if a customer can prove products were unfit for consumption, if this is the case the product must be returned within 30 minutes of receipt of it with a minimum of 60% of the product intact and within container supplied. A refund may then be given after inspection of the returned product at the discretion of the takeaway manager.
